  • Understand the training needs of your organization and hence develop the Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  • Design the appropriate inbound/outbound training programme.
  • Map a professional trainer to effectively deliver the training programme.
  • Develop an action plan for each trainee that incorporates the training objectives.
  • Follow up with the trainees on their progress with respect to their proposed action plan.

The management comprises of alumni from IIM Ahmedabad, IIT and the Indian Army who leverage their skills in analyzing your training needs, developing a suitable training programme and then using their alumni network and faculty at India’s best academic institutes to get on board the best trainers available.

  • An Outbound Training Programme which contains
    • Management Games / Outdoor Activities
    • Conduct a series of management games to target specific training needs and conduct outdoor activities to achieve the objectives of training.

Our Delivery Methodology is as follows:

  • Understanding the core business processes through interviews with the Line Managers, HR Managers and potential trainees and developing the TNA.
  • Identification of the main objective of the training programme, i.e. what the learners would be expected to do differently at their workplace, in consultation with the Line Managers and Human Resource Managers.
  • Preparing Trainer Profiles of faculty at Top B-Schools and accomplished Training Professionals for classroom/ seminar training. The profile of the trainer will have the following components to give complete clarity on the expected quality and credibility
    • Total experience in the industry
    • Total training hours
    • Specialization / Niche training areas
  • Provide options of outbound training as well as management games that can be customized to meet specific training objectives identified by the client.
  • Conduct pilots for both modes of training in batches of 20-25 each to check training preference of employees and effectiveness of the trainer.
