BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

A key HR challenge for one of the world's largest Logistics companies was internal security while handling expensive deliveries. We customized our verification process to include an interview with the Security Department of an employee's previous organization.

Two of the founders were responsible for the verification, soft skills training and recruitment of 808 students at 200 companies at IIM Ahmedabad


CAMPUS RECRUITMENT

India's largest private-sector insurance company wanted to partner with a vendor with efficient local reach to ensure that the best talent is recruited from Tier-2 and Tier-3 business school campuses across the state of Maharashtra. We were chosen as the preferred vendor for this state and met their hiring targets across locations.

We are currently the official recruitment partners for a leading equity broking house for the state of Maharashtra, handling their entire campus recruitment process in a short span of time using our extensive fresher database of candidates interested in the financial services space.


CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

A design solutions - based consultancy run by IIT/IIM alumni wanted to attract talent to be a part of a new initiative being launched on a large scale. The Quetzal Team contributed to the client's employer branding initiatives by designing marketing content for their hiring activities and consulting them on understanding the specific skills required to take on the roles.

We are currently working on designing an External Communications Strategy on the basis of competition benchmarking and an Employee Perception Survey based on focus group discussions and personal interviews with the middle and senior management for India's largest Oil & Gas PSU.


TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We have designed the complete curriculum for a national chain of business schools being rolled out in Tier II cities. We also run an education portal that helps 32,000+ graduates prepare for the CAT and runs personality development programs for 3000 others.

We have conducted a mentoring session on behalf of the client, reaching out to all the shortlisted candidates of the batch of 2011 and counseling them before and after their interviews.

In order to maximize its return on training investment, an organization which promotes entrepreneurship wanted to ensure that it carefully picks, monitors and maintains the quality of trainers who will impart entrepreneurship training to 60,000 students across India. We have designed a screening as well as profiling solution to meet their requirement.
