BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

• Here at Quetzal we provide service far more than the regular mandatory background screening process by offering customised verification process.  
• When one of the world’s largest logistics firm confronted the question of internal security while managing expensive deliveries. We had tailored our verification process and included an interview with the Security department of an employees’ previous employment.
• Two of the founders had taken the complete charge of the 808 students for their background verification, soft skills training and complete recruitment process when 200 companies were hiring these students at IIMA.
• One of our international clients had asked for risk checks of an associate hired by their Indian vendor and we delivered a TAT of 3 days.

CAMPUS RECRUITMENT

• We are associated with India’s largest private insurance firm for which we have recruited 500+ front line personnel. We are the exclusive campus recruitment vendor for them in western India. 

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT 

• We are working towards the behavioural training sessions which include team building, leadership development and relationship building for one of the fortune 500 company. 
• We had conducted intensive training programs for overseas recruits of one of the biggest industrial houses in the country to develop their business skills and give operational knowledge in varied fields. We had also conducted a program ‘Thinking Big’ for the sales personnel and it was such a grand success that we are offered to conduct the same for all the regions.

RECRUITMENT

• We have recruited an entire engineering team for biomass projects set up by one of the largest energy services provider in the country across India.
• In another case of an investment bank, we restructured the risk management process which comprised of 10 page dossier on each candidate; thus ensuring the selection of a culturally fit candidate in the given TAT.
• We have successfully closed 19 positions in 3 months across all levels for one of our client leading in the genset industry.
