Some of the Consulting projects that we have undertaken include:

• The Quetzal Team designed the HR and Corporate Communication Strategy for India's largest Oil & Gas PSU on the basis of competition benchmarking and an Employee Perception Survey involving focus group discussions and personal interviews with the middle and senior management. This was presented to the Board and appreciated by the Chairman and Managing Director.
• A design solutions - based consultancy run by IIT/IIM alumni wanted to attract talent to be a part of a new initiative being launched on a large scale. The Quetzal Team contributed to the client's employer branding initiatives by designing marketing content for their hiring activities and helping  them understand the specific skills required to take on the roles.
