Devashish Chakravarty :

A Retired Army Major with 13 years experience with the Indian Army, including 4 major Operations. He did his summer internship at the New York and Singapore offices of Deutsche Bank, and received an offer to join as an Associate but is today leading the Quetzal Group instead. He also received a Gold Medal for being the Best All-rounder of the 2007 batch at IIM Ahmedabad.

Vineeta Singh :

Vineeta is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Madras. She has operational experience at ITC and Escorts, and has interned with Deutsche Bank at London and New York. She had an Associate offer from the bank which she rejected in favor of entrepreneurship. She was also the Best All-rounder Woman of the 2007 batch at IIM Ahmedabad. She now leads Quetzal Verify, the company providing Human Resource and Risk Management Services.

Bhushan Dabir :

Bhushan is an Electronics Engineer with 1 year work experience at Mastek Ltd. as a software engineer and one year in market research and competitive intelligence at ACNielsen. Subsequently, he completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He interned at Bain & Company, Singapore and had received an offer to work at any of their offices worldwide after his graduation. Along with Vishal, he co-leads Quetzal Online.

Vishal Prabhukhanolkar :

Vishal is a Computer Engineer with 2 years of work experience in IT sector. While working at MAQ software (a preferred vendor for Microsoft), he built expertise at end-to-end development and marketing of software products. Subsequently, he completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He interned with Standard Chartered to develop a marketing strategy for the bank's expansion plans in South-east Asia. Along with Bhushan - he co-leads Quetzal Online.

Management:

Amit Haralalka:

Amit is a Computer Engineer from BIT Mesra. He joined Quetzal as Business Development Manager and now runs a business unit which engages in outsourced campus recruitment for corporates, employer branding initiatives and content development for academic institutions. Before this, he has worked with Cognizant, interned with IBM and acted as technical consultant to a Law-firm. At Quetzal, he is Head – Projects.

Sanket Saurabh:

Sanket is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur. He was recruited by Schlumberger as a Field Engineer and has interned with ENERCON India Ltd., a wind-turbine company. At IIT Kharagpur, Sanket was the student head of the Technology Transfer Group. At Quetzal, he is Manager – Projects.

Amit Jha:

Amit is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur. He was also the founding governor of Communique, the society for communication skills at IIT Kharagpur. Amit has internships stints with Heavy Engineering Corporation (HEC) and was recruited from campus by Schlumberger as a Field Engineer. At Quetzal, he is Manager – Projects.

Mitasha Singh:

Mitasha is a Commerce graduate from from B.J.B Autonomous College and was a topper in junior college. After dabbling in event management, recruitment, public relations and client networking for over 3 years, Mitasha joined Quetzal as a Recruitment Manager.

Suhani Vora:

Suhani is an IT Engineer from Nirma University. Suhani did her undergraduate internship at Quetzal and got herself a PPO. At Nirma, she was an active member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). At Quetzal, Suhani is an Operations Manager.

Jyotsna Kamble:

Jyotsna is pursuing her graduation in Arts from SNDT University, Mumbai. At Quetzal, she handles the processes, administration and has had a steep growth trajectory in a very short span of time. At Quetzal she is Executive – Operations.
