Directors:
Devashish Chakravarty : A Retired Army Major with 13 years experience with the Indian Army, including 4 major Operations. He did his summer internship at the New York and Singapore offices of Deutsche Bank, and received an offer to join as an Associate but is today leading the Quetzal Group instead. He also received a Gold Medal for being the Best All-rounder of the 2007 batch at IIM Ahmedabad.
Vineeta Singh : Vineeta is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Madras. She has operational experience at ITC and Escorts, and has interned with Deutsche Bank at London and New York. She had an Associate offer from the bank which she rejected in favor of entrepreneurship. She was also the Best All-rounder Woman of the 2007 batch at IIM Ahmedabad. She now leads Quetzal Verify, the company providing Human Resource and Risk Management Services.
Management:Ashish Merchant: Ashish is the Senior Recruitment Manager at Quetzal, managing the Recruitment Team. He coordinates end to end recruitment for clients and is involved in Client acquisition activities. He is a BMS graduate with a certified course in Business Profession. Prior to Quetzal, Ashish had worked with DNA as a research executive and with Prudential as an Associate. Ashish enjoys singing and loves to play cricket. Deepa Rao: Deepa is the Recruitment Manager at Quetzal. She is responsible for end to end Recruitment, Client Management and Business Development. After her BMS, she completed her MBA with specialization in HR from Pune University. She has worked with Birla Sunlife Asset Management on a Training & Development project and with Spectrum Communication as Marketing Executive. Deepa loves travelling and cooking. Divya Iyer: Divya is a Recruitment Executive and takes care of the recruitment process for Quetzal’s clients. She is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Prior to her association with Quetzal, she gained experience as a Trainer at a Spoken English Academy. Divya is a passionate and dedicated individual. She enjoys crafting and reading in her spare time. Jaya Jiandani: Jaya is a Recruitment Executive at Quetzal. A BMS graduate, she is now pursuing her PGDBA specializing in Human Resourse Management. She is an avid learner and in her spare time, she supports several NGOs in community projects. Her hobbies are dancing and listening to music. Jyoti Asher: Jyoti works with Quetzal's Recruitment Team. She holds a BCom (Business Management) degree from Mumbai University. With more than four years experience in recruitment, she has specialized in hiring senior level positions for the Consulting, Manufacturing and BFSI Sectors including niche Risk, Research and Analytics profiles. Her hobbies include reading, researching and listening to music. Manisha Raorane: After working for more than a year with Quetzal Recruitment, Manisha now heads the Background Verification team. She is an MBA with a specialisation in Human Resources. She worked part-time during college, as a trainee, with EMRI (Emergency Management and Research Institute), Hyderabad. Her hobbies include reading, travelling and cooking. Shweta Ashtekar: Shweta is a Senior Recruitment Executive at Quetzal. She is an MBA (HR) and is passionate about recruitment. She is keen on learning new things and persists till she succeeds on meeting her client expectations. She loves listening to music, reading, playing badminton and swimming. Shweta Dhuri: Shweta works with Quetzal Verify's Background Verification team and also manages Quetzal's HR functions. She is a B.Sc graduate (Chemistry) from Mumbai University and is pursuing her MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. Before Quetzal, Shweta worked with Reliance BigMaps as Data QC Executive, where she was involved in content writing, data verification and data confirmation. Shweta likes listening to music and drawing sketches. |
