Directors:

Devashish Chakravarty :

A Retired Army Major with 13 years experience with the Indian Army, including 4 major Operations. He did his summer internship at the New York and Singapore offices of Deutsche Bank, and received an offer to join as an Associate but is today leading the Quetzal Group instead. He also received a Gold Medal for being the Best All-rounder of the 2007 batch at IIM Ahmedabad.

Vineeta Singh :

Vineeta is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Madras. She has operational experience at ITC and Escorts, and has interned with Deutsche Bank at London and New York. She had an Associate offer from the bank which she rejected in favor of entrepreneurship. She was also the Best All-rounder Woman of the 2007 batch at IIM Ahmedabad. She now leads Quetzal Verify, the company providing Human Resource and Risk Management Services.

Bhushan Dabir :

Bhushan is an Electronics Engineer with 1 year work experience at Mastek Ltd. as a software engineer and one year in market research and competitive intelligence at ACNielsen. Subsequently, he completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He interned at Bain & Company, Singapore and had received an offer to work at any of their offices worldwide after his graduation. Along with Vishal, he co-leads Quetzal Online.

Vishal Prabhukhanolkar :

Vishal is a Computer Engineer with 2 years of work experience in IT sector. While working at MAQ software (a preferred vendor for Microsoft), he built expertise at end-to-end development and marketing of software products. Subsequently, he completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He interned with Standard Chartered to develop a marketing strategy for the bank's expansion plans in South-east Asia. Along with Bhushan - he co-leads Quetzal Online.

Management:

Jyoti Asher:

Jyoti works in Quetzal Verify and heads the Recruitment Team. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Management) degree from Mumbai University. She has three and a half years of work experience in recruitment. She has specialized in hiring senior level positions for the Banking and Financial services Sector. She has recruited for niche profiles like Consulting, Risk, Research and Analytics. She is originally from Mumbai and her hobbies include reading, researching and listening to music.

Manisha Misra:

Manisha works in Quetzal Verify as a Recruitment Manager. She is responsible for end to end recruitment processes for our clients and also assists in background verification. She is an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She is a Hotel Management Graduate. She interned with Maytas Infra Ltd. and worked part-time during college, as a trainee, with EMRI (Emergency Management and Research Institute), Hyderabad. Her hobbies include reading, travelling and cooking.

Shweta Dhuri:

Shweta works in Quetzal Verify where she heads Background Verification and also manages Quetzal's HR functions. She is a B.Sc graduate with specialisation in Chemistry from Mumbai University. She is currently pursuing a correspondence MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. Prior to working with Quetzal, Shweta worked with Reliance BigMaps as Data QC Executive, where she was involved in content writing, data verification and confirmation of data with customers. In her free time, Shweta enjoys listening to music and drawing sketches.

Ashish Merchant:

Ashish works as a Recruitment Manager at Quetzal Verify handling end to end recruitment for our clients. He is a BMS graduate with a certified course in Business Profession. Prior to working with Quetzal, Ashish had worked with DNA as a market research executive and also with Prudential as an Insurance associate. Ashish enjoys singing and also loves to play cricket.
